I am a 30-something year old self-employed engineer who has been obsessed with fitness on and off his whole life. I have worked out going on for 10 or 12 years. My goal now is to get in great shape, develop good eating habits, and maintain this....forever. I have never been in bad shape but I want more consistency and no more relapses into laziness!!!
